The Pandemic Players workshop uses comedy, voice, movement and character building to invite new ways to connect with ourselves, each other, and the world. Our approach involves using laughter and play while questioning ways we see ourselves interact in the world… No experience in the arts needed!
The second portion of the workshop where we were asked to explore the embodied shapes and gestures that our most rigid stance might take begins at the timestamp 42:45.

About:
Pandemic Players is an all-abilities group of performance artists that first came together during the pandemic. We had deep conversations about what was happening in the world and our role in those changes. Our time together taught us different ways to practice mindfulness while embracing the art of listening. From these authentic conversations we began to develop our workshop.
