Expression, Embodiment, and Indigenous ways of knowing With Claudia Cuentas
In this workshop we will explore together the Andean cosmovision of the global south, to learn, practice and embody self-healing practices for our everyday well-being.
What did our ancestors do in times of need, as an art form and as an act of love, to survive?
How do we maintain internal balance in a world that feels so disconnected and distracting?
How do we listen again to what we are feeling and needing?
How does this relate to the Earth and our global community?
Through expression and the mediums of movement, sound, writing and drawing we will connect to the realms of the unseen inside and outside ourselves. We will also create altars to anchor our intent to continue practices that support us in our every day life, reclaiming in this way, our birth right to health.
