Cliff wanted to offer us further ways to explore the liberatory nature of song and singing in a practice he calls…ReSounding Joy

“Most people are raised in a monoculture and go from cradle to grave, not knowing much of anything about the lifeways of other traditions and cultures, and we receive NO MESSAGES that tell us we are missing anything of value.” - Robin DiAngelo

ReSounding Joy is a playful celebration, transformative somatic education and cultural dexterity practice that explores the world’s diversity through music. The question this practice presents is “can we increase love by promoting an embrace of the worlds diversity so all beings can thrive.”

We do this through the practice of singing chants and songs in an easy, enjoyable way that integrates somatic, cognitive, and intercontemplative orientations.

“The intercontemplative person is inspired by wisdom wherever it is found and recognizes that the healing of divisions within us and with others is a divine imperative today.” Beverly Lanzetta, A New Silence
