Disrupt. Activate. Transform:

Fostering Local Action through Artistic Experimentation

This project is for those of us interested in a local research project and cross-pollinating ideas!

While this communal project space is OPTIONAL, it will be SHAPED by the bodies who join us. So if you're joining us, we need to know the delicious details of who you are and what you're curious to explore.

There's a short video inside Circle to from us to get you excited!

Watch our casual video chat about this space Here (it's about 8 min) ->

This creativity incubator is adjacent to the play program as an optional space to join. It was inspired by the work/play of organizations like Beautiful Trouble and the Center for Creative Activism, which re/claim art, play and creativity in service liberation.

This project is also curious about how what is inspired through the play program might inspire local art-making, connections, community-building and activism. We are always seeking to bridge and weave the translocal (online) with the local (in-person).

If you have a creative project, idea, or community-led endeavour you’ve been wanting to join or devote time to, or you want to see how one might develop, this would be a space to nurture those seeds through the cross-pollination of ideas and inspiration.

We’re urging exploration, experimentation and curiosity. And that is what you’re invited into inside this space. It will be a highly interactive container.
