Diving into the The Collective Edge With Deep Democracy

As we travel through life's cliffs and valleys, we intimately feel the terror and allure of the edge—the simultaneous pull towards the risky, forbidden, and overwhelming. While caution and self-preservation offer wisdom, there's another knowing that embracing risk is vital for transformative potential.

Polarization echoes in life's edginess: from trauma healing to politics, to social justice, to the arts, to our daily lives on social media and beyond. How can we explore the edges of experience with integration and caring soulfulness, bridging the divide between caution and the transformative power of risk?

Are you ready to waltz with the wisdom hidden within life's most daring edges?

Join guest teacher and somatic facilitator Kai Cheng Thom for an exploration of Deep Democracy an embodied dialogue process intentionally created to explore the individual and collective edge, unearthing tension, integrating polarization, and crystallizing unconscious wisdom. Developed by Arnold Mindell, the founder of Processwork, Deep Democracy is a part of the lineage of Depth Psychology and has been used to process conflict and strengthen groups all over the world.

Participants should come prepared to stretch themselves and embody multiple perspectives while also respecting their own boundaries and limits.
