Cultivating Boundaries and Reclaiming our Space: a mediation, practice and conversation with Malia Wright

Teacher(s):
Malia Wright

In our time together we will move through a meditation practice on cultivating boundaries and our relationship to other people and our communities. This workshop was inspired by our conversation on how it can be difficult to maintain boundaries, establishing the ability to discern what is supportive to us and what is not. This is a practice to explore the sensation of a boundary with strength, softness and flexibility.Please bring a notebook and your favorite pen, a candle and create a space that feels cozy.
